The Archives of "Sharang
Constructions" tell a story of dedication and will-power, of
enterprise and success. A story that began in 1995 / 96 when we first
ventured into Real Estate business.
"Vishwanath Apts." a
residential-cum-commercial project was our maiden construction job at
Borda, Margao, Goa . Within a year's time we were also awarded
construction of 12 high-rise units of an Industrial Factory Building ,
for a Banglore based company in Madkaim, Goa .
This steady flow of
orders was highlighted by another challenging job in 1997/98. It was
the renovation of one of the leading hotels in Goa, the Hotel Leela
Palace along the Mobor beach, south of Goa .. Likewise, various other
jobs in Interior Designing followed, and were executed to complete
customer satisfaction.
Our latter day
construction projects include:- "Saude Residency" at Margao; a
Bungalow and four other Villas on turn-key basis in the town of Raia;
"Paes Pearl" , a beautifully designed, 2-storey
apartment-cum-commercial building facing the world renowned monument
to Christ in the town of Assolna in south Goa; another pearl in the
same town, called "Ferns Pearl" that was designed and built more or
less on the same lines as its predecessor, and "Gold Coast Villas", a
chain of compact houses at Old Goa. And yet another prestigious
project is on the anvil. To be built in the suburb of the city of
Margao and to be called "The Hacienda", this will be a row of houses
perched on an environment-friendly patch of land for those wishing to
take living to a new level.
As the new millennium
dawned, our minds embraced an extension to our prevailing activity and
we delved into the realm of Property Consultation and Management. The
idea behind this move was to consolidate our services and to provide
solutions to numerous problems faced today by prospective clients in
Goa .
There have been 'highs'
and 'lows' along the way, but we dare say that, today, we have to our
credit a number of satisfied customers who own their happy homes or
institutions, due to the merit of our hard work.
And our hard work at Sharang Constructions will not have seen its
rewards without the dedicated services of our several associates -
Architects, Engineers, Chartered Accountants, Surveyors, Property
Valuers and Legal Advisers. Together, we make a formidable team, and
